Tell us what happened and include your app version, device model, and iOS or Android version when relevant.
Protect your photos
Keep your original photos backed up. Please do not attach private photos to a support email unless they are necessary to diagnose your request.
Account and data deletion
The quickest path is the in-app Delete Account action. It deletes your Film to Photo account and sign-in access, stops active AI work, makes cloud AI jobs unavailable, and removes private AI photos stored by Film to Photo. Removal from our storage may take a short time. Local scans remain on the device until you delete them in the app or clear the app’s data.
If you cannot access the app, follow the web account-deletion steps. We may ask you to verify control of the account. Do not send your password, authentication token, purchase receipt, or photo.
Deletion covers the account and associated AI content controlled by us. Minimal purchase and security records may be retained where needed to prevent transaction replay, maintain an accurate credit ledger, meet legal obligations, and complete provider backup cycles. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Purchases
For a charge or refund request, use the purchase support of the store that charged you: Apple App Store or Google Play. For missing Local Pro access, try Restore purchases in Settings, then contact us with the order date and product name. For missing AI credits, sign in to the same Film to Photo account used for the purchase and check the balance again. Do not send a full payment-card number or account password.
Report an AI result
Use the report action attached to the existing AI job in the app. Choose the reason that best describes the issue and add optional details if useful. The report can include account, job, and technical metadata needed to investigate it, but it does not upload your photo again. Do not include passwords, authentication tokens, payment details, or unrelated personal information.
